Stonehouse Capital is looking for a sharp administrator to provide leadership support and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be required to perform administrative and clerical activities; collect, organize, and retrieve information and documents; and make arrangements for onboarding new Financial Advisers.

To be a successful administrator, you should be committed to facilitating smooth, efficient office operations by planning carefully, anticipating needs, and providing responsive, reliable assistance. You should be adaptable, proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented.

Administrator Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support
• Answers the telephone and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Drafts email correspondence to internal and external queries.
• Liaises with internal and external stakeholders to carry out job tasks.
• Attends meetings and takes meeting notes.
• Solves problems associated with onboarding of new FAs and sub-code applications.
• Handles administrative tasks for SHC.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• Matric
• Three to five years’ experience in an office setting
• Financial industry experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software – Word and Excel
• Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous.
